Park View Condos Park View Condos is a quaint, historic building located across from Piedmont Park in Midtown, Atlanta. Originally built in 1923, Park View Condos was converted to 22 condos in 2003. All of the condos at Park View have unique character. A few of them even have some exposed brick inside of the units! Since the community is small, it definitely has that tight knit kind of feel. Of course, the views of Piedmont Park are fantastic. So, if you like historic architecture Park View Condos may be for you!
