The Ponce Condos The Ponce Condos were originally constructed as one of Atlanta's first luxury condominium buildings back in 1913. Because of this, the building itself has an enormous amount of charm. A few examples of this are the stained glass in the lobby, the residences with formal libraries and the rooftop terrace with stunning views of Atlanta. Once again, if you're a theater buff you'll love living at The Ponce since it's right across from the Fox Theater. Walk to restaurants, retail and the historic Georgian Terrace Hotel.
