The Virginian The Virginian is a Historic condominium building that was built in 1935. It's a smaller complex, so it definitely has that small building feel. The neighborhood is nice as well and the building is surrounded by Dogwood trees. The location is fantastic as well since it's walking distance to Virginia Highland.
